Urad dal and moong washed and soaked overnight.
Then wash and grind without water add salt and hing.
Batter beat in your hand for 5 minutes.
Then take a wok add oil, then oil r heat mahe a bhalla stuff with 1 pc kishmish and kaju.
Fry them in hot oil. Then bhalla dip in cool water.
Then take a bowl of dahi ,then dahi r smooth for mathni.
Then bhalla squeeze and put in plate add dahi all chatnies salt chilli and nylon sev garnish.
Enjoy dahi bhalla.
